Keep On Moving Interactive Online Music Program

$199 / month with one-month free trial

Keep On Moving Interactive Video Program is a subscription-based service including an initial free one-month trial where facilities will have full access to the videos and resources as well as a live Zoom introduction/training session with the Founder Marlon Sobol.

After the initial free one-month trial, the program subscription fee is $199 per month per facility location which will be billed every three months. You can cancel anytime before each three month cycle.

  • Music and Fitness with Cassie Ellis, Exercise Physiologist
    Engaging residents in a series of high energy chair workout circuits accompanied by grounding hand drumming to help coordinate movements, moderate pace, personalize the experience, and energize the room. Transitioning to a soothing, cooldown and stretch segment accompanied by the piano and ending with a celebratory Boogie Woogie mantra.

 
 
  • Sing-Along Volume 1
    In this video the team engages viewer participants in a 13 song Sing A-Long, drawing from musical styles of the early 20th century. The benefits of singing cannot be underestimated. Singing promotes an increase in socialization, supports enhanced respiratory and muscular function, improves mood and necessitates deep breathing

 
 
  • Fascinating Rhythm
    Here we initiate the video with a series of body percussion experiences. As the program evolves, more and more interactive rhythmic and vocal activities are introduced, integrating the Gershwin classic, “Fascinating Rhythm”. Singing, chanting and drumming serve to prompt short term memory recall skills and healthy risk-taking in a supportive and encouraging environment.

 
 
  • Dance and Movement with Natasha Goldstein- Levitas
    As a Board-Certified Dance and Movement therapist, Natasha engages participants in movement experientials, integrating full body stretching and guided imagery to promote body awareness, connection, sensory stimulation, and relaxation.

 
 

This cutting edge program currently consists of exciting interactive videos along with over 100 pages of additional resources, including care planning ideas, word searches, crossword puzzles, discussion questions, trivia memory games, and research articles designed to create a vibrant and proactive approach to health and wellness in your care facility while addressing environmental and systematic challenges in nursing homes, memory care units, assisted living, and in home health care settings.
